Safety Officer
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Organize safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Skills :
• Safety management systems and risk assessment tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, or other relevant safety standards.
• Incident reporting software.
• Certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
• 2+ years of experience in a safety officer or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams effectively.
