Job Position – HR Coordinator

Location: Doha Qatar

Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will support the driving school’s HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment while upholding company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
– Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

– Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and training programs.
– Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts.

Employee Relations
– Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

– Support conflict resolution and grievance handling under the guidance of the HR Manager.
– Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
– Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

– Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address related queries.
– Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Compliance & Recordkeeping
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

– Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation securely and confidentially.
– Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training completion.

Training & Development
– Coordinate training sessions for staff, including safety, customer service, and skill development.

– Track and monitor employee performance reviews and training progress.

Administrative Support
– Manage HR-related correspondence and communications.
– Support the HR Manager in implementing new policies and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the education or service industry.

– Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:
– Experience in the driving school or education sector.
