Job Responsibilities:
• Regularly check and maintain kiosks, servers, and other IT systems.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to printers, screens, and other hardware.
• Support the network team in maintaining network systems.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot attendance machines and access control systems.
• Assist staff with technical issues, including kiosks, POS machines, and vending machines.
• Resolve software and hardware issues for users.
• Manage and update IT inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for IT projects.
Qualifications:
1. Educational & Experience Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
2. Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with system practices.
• Experience in CCTV network troubleshooting, PC maintenance, attendance machines, and access control systems.
