Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Flight and Cabin Safety & Risk to join the team.
This role will be responsible for leading and advancing our aviation safety programs, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance in flight operations.
You will drive the improvement of crew safety at Riyadh Air by strategically designing and implementing comprehensive safety initiatives tailored to flight operations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that the highest safety and compliance standards are consistently upheld in all crew-related activities.
About You
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a commercial pilot, with extensive flying experience on aircraft types relevant to the Riyadh Air fleet, A minimum of 5+ years of command experience on types relevant to the Riyadh Air fleet. A minimum 2+ years in a safety / supervisory/ management role within a large airline flight operations environment and finally holding or having held a Check Airman approval or equivalent (e.g., TRI/ TRE).
As you will also be operating on the line, you must also hold a valid ICAO ATPL, an unrestricted class one medical certificate, and an ICAO English level 5 or higher certification. Additionally, candidates should have logged a minimum of 150 hours in command within the last 12 months prior to joining the Riyadh Air team.
