About the role
As the Lead Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of dashboards and reports within QR Group Medical. Work with various departments/teams to understand the reporting requirements and ensure these are addressed with the required standards and data quality, integrity and security across the systems.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to Medical business strategy, by implementing and maintaining new reporting models to represent department productivity, cost benefit and trend analysis.
Contribute to the Group medical digitization activity with respect to reporting to be completed in time and the process to account for industry best practices.
Contribute to maintain reporting catalogue for the reports delivered from medical systems by collecting, creating and maintaining list of reports with their purpose, frequency of utilization and relevance to the users to ensure a proper utilization of the new standard reporting frameworks.
Document all reporting requirements comprehensively, ensuring clarity and specificity to guide implementation and development efforts.
Analyze existing reporting processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.
Understand the capabilities of the medicals system and align reporting requirements, accordingly, ensuring that they can be met within the system's framework.
Drive business transformation, define a new way of working and lead change initiatives to achieve business optimization and cost/revenue optimization.
Contribute to the development of reports to streamline processes by analyzing existing reporting requirements and comparing these with the standard available reports.
Analyze existing use of legacy reporting platforms to plan for migration to new reporting platforms.
Cleanse and validate data to avoid reporting errors.
Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that reporting functionalities are implemented correctly and meet stakeholders' needs.
About you
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Previous experience in Data Analysis and BI
Strong experience with Reporting tools Power BI and Tableau
Command of English language and excellent business communication skills
Ability to identify process/system inefficiencies and provide mitigation plans
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong understanding and exposure to medical systems and MOPH
Ability to analyze complex data and requirements to derive clear and actionable reporting specifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles related to reporting requirements and implementation
Preferred
Experience working independently with Data Analytics projects
Proficiency in Project Management methods/tools with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
