About the Role
Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and promoting the driving range at Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf. This role requires hosting guests, including large groups, and ensuring an exceptional experience at our world-renowned facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients for the driving range.

• Manage daily operations of the driving range, ensuring high standards of customer service.

• Host and entertain guests, including corporate groups and golf enthusiasts, to promote a positive and
engaging environment.

• Conduct tours and provide detailed information about the driving range facilities and services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and providing insights for continuous
improvement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the driving range remains
competitive.

• Train and manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge and passion for golf.

• Ability to host and manage groups of guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
