What you’ll achieve

As a Cybersecurity Services Account Executive, you will proactively identify and solve customer business challenges and needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s services and technologies.

You will:

Responsible for overall sales strategies and generating positive business outcomes for customers, who often have complex environments. Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams

Drive creative business development activities to penetrate net new accounts. Work with Partners to propose differentiated solutions to help our clients

Manages current quarter business and subsequent quarters' pipeline proactively and consistently. Drive and grow Services Sales revenue and be responsible for Services forecast to direct manager and dotted-line sales manager, with a specific focus for cybersecurity services
Manage relationships with senior-level technical personnel and decision-makers, up to C-Level.

Demonstrate the value of Dell’s Services portfolio to advance customer business.

Provide insight and understanding to strategic customers concerning the applicability of highly complex Services. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and thought-leader together with Dell’s sales organization to help meet and exceed business objectives, leveraging the whole Services portfolio.

Essential Requirements

10+ years of related experience in a cybersecurity services relationship selling role. Excellent knowledge of the Managed Security marketplace in particular; Cloud Security, MSSP, EDR, XDR, SIEM, plus modern Security Controls and practices

CISSP or similar certifications is a plus. Proven ability in closing complex deals within the IT/Security sector

Must be a self-starter with ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully; proactive / results-driven / strong problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in driving consistence growth in business profitably. Business Development capability, with the ability to work as part of a team, operating within a matrix environment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and senior management.
