KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training Needs Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific team needs and development goals.
2. Learning Program Design:
- Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online.
- Design curriculum, training materials, and resources for various skill levels.
3. Training Delivery:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.
- Utilize various training methods, including e-learning platforms, to accommodate different learning styles.
4. Learning Technology Utilization:
- Explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend learning management systems and other tools, E learning Content Creation
5. Evaluation and Feedback:
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Gather participant feedback and make continuous improvements to training content and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on creating impactful training programs.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Technologically savvy with proficiency in learning management systems, Instructor led & E learning Content Creation
