In this role you will lead the data & CRM to define and deploy strategies to maximize engagement, converstion and client retention, and adapt worldwide campaigns and design local campaigns to address market needs and clent journeys. As a key leadership position, you and your teams will further support the UAE boutique network in optimizing their clientelling actions and developing their loyal clients.

Alongside your team, you will define local product strategy in line with international guidelines, analyze UAE activity on product segments, review budget proposals and action plans, monitor categories performance and implement action plans to ensure growth on our core business. As part of this role, you will lead a large team and are comfortable with people management.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic and/or French is a plus but not essential.

You bring with you a minium of 10 years experience in Marketing, specifically product marketing, with a strong experience in CRM from the luxury industry.

You are naturally curious about the luxury industry with a passion for storytelling & client journeys with a client centric mind-set. As a people manager, you have led large teams in your career, and are an inspiring leader and able to lead with impact.

You are naturally very dynamic, with the ability to work on project mode with agility, with a strong team spirit.
