Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule local and remote interviews by coordinating with the recruiter, hiring managers, and candidates.
Manage all interview related to travel and expense reimbursement.
Greet and escort candidates to interviews focusing on a positive candidate experience.
Generate and process offer administration documents for candidates selected for hire.
Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (SuccessFactors, SAP, QlikView, etc.)
Prepare recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis as required
Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process.
Coordinate career fair/hiring events as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience.
Exceptional communication skills
Customer service oriented
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Expert level experience with MS Office suite
Prior experience working in an HR or Recruitment function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adept in technology
Strong external/internal networking and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individuals and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with strong attention to detail
Proactive problem-solving ability
Ability to work with minimal direction, often with deadline pressures
Ability to speak in Arabic and English is required
