Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

· Coordinate strategic digital screen requirements and innovation opportunities across the group.

· Identify digital innovation solutions to support the business objectives across all departments as well as align with the wider group on company-wide digital innovations.

· Oversee the deployment of digital assets throughout the company's inventory by supporting the implementation of a comprehensive strategy maximizing the value and impact on overall business performance.

· Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to supervise and manage the development of media solutions, particularly focusing on screen assets.

· Collaborate effectively with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as QR, HIA Project, MATAR, and QR/HIA IT, to monitor the deployment of digital screen assets along with their related hardware and software components, while delivering consistent status updates to the business.

· Identify the data available across the group to support the marketing team in enhancing the effectiveness of the campaign performance.

· Proactively identify, carry out feasibility studies and present for approval any new media and innovation opportunities, both at HIA and otherwise to enhance the current digital media solutions and create new avenues for growth.

· Assist the company’s Projects in sourcing and managing the best vendors/suppliers who can deliver best possible solutions/platforms/innovations to fit the project requirements.

· Be the point of reference to source vendors for the production of performing media to support campaign objectives.

· Proactively research and source the latest media hardware and software solutions to ensure the premium display solutions that are cost effective and cutting edge to help drive awareness and uplift sales.

· Manage the call off contract with external suppliers for preventative maintenance and repair work.

· Coordinate internal team as well as external stakeholders in monitoring and maintaining all media assets in perfect working order.

· Proactively plan, organize, and oversee any upgrade, repair, or replacement activities to ensure they are preventive whenever feasible, while minimizing associated costs. Collaborate with the Head of Digital to guarantee that these expenses are accounted for in the budget.

· Prepare reporting template measuring the impact of the investment on both bottom line and customer

Job Specific Skills:

· Excellent command of English

· Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

· Excellent oral telephonic and written communications skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects

· Adaptability, and the ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

· Ability to work flexi hours based on timings of copy changes e.g. evening for exterior billboards and some weekend work

· Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

· Arabic or other language proficiencies desirable
