Job Description
Summary
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the quality assurance programs across all operational areas including improvement initiatives, program development, system improvement, outcome evaluation, service audits in line with the operational plan.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Development and Implementation
Design and establish quality assurance system tailored for various projects, including airline, oil and gas, government and semi government vehicles and drivers leasing contracts
Create, implement and manage quality metrics and KPIs to monitor service quality across all sectors
Audit and Compliance
Develop sector-specific audit plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, client contracts, and industry-specific requirements.
Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring preparation, documentation, and timely resolution of non-conformance issues
Implementation and monitoring
Develop and enforce quality control procedures to monitor various aspects of the rental and lease process.
Regularly monitor and evaluate processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards taking into account feedback from projects stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, facilities, and equipment, as well as auditing documentation related to the fleet operation for corporates and spot rental.
Reporting, incidents investigation and Analysis
Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analysis to drive decisions and enhance quality processes.
Lead incident investigations for each sector, ensuring detailed reporting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
Document control and tenders support
Maintain detailed records and documentation for each sector, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits, compliance checks, and tender submissions.
Support the tendering process by providing sector-specific documentation, quality certifications, and HSE compliance records for bid proposals.
Customer focus and improvement
Conduct research on customers to gather feedback on service quality and identify opportunities for enhancement in accordance with the deadlines.
Work with operational team in central operation and external projects assisting them to implement process improvements based on customer insights and industry best practices.
Vehicle Customization
Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, work with procurement team to ensure that the fleet meet the requirements of corporate clients, and oversee customizations or special requests as needed
Cross departmental collaboration
Work in collaboration with the IT department in relation to preparing the department for reporting on Performance Indicators and assist with reporting, analyzing and setting targets and performance dashboard/s
Health & Safety
Oversee and enforce sector-specific HSE policies, ensuring that safety protocols for each sector (airline, government, oil gas, central operations) are compliant with regulations and contractual obligations
Training and development
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for all concerned team members on quality assurance practices and best standards and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Skills
Requirements
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or any related field.
Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ISO 9001 certification is preferred
