1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement E&I work plans and schedules in alignment with overall project timelines.
Ensure all E&I works comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Mechanical, Structural, QA/QC) for seamless integration of E&I systems into the project.
2. Team Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and manage the E&I team, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.
3. Quality Assurance and Control:
Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ensure proper documentation of quality control checks and compliance reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication and testing stages.

Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment required for E&I works.
