Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and providing HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.


The work model for this role (onsite)

This role is contributing to HR Services based in Cluster countries (QA- Qatar/OM- Oman/BH- Bahrain /KW- Kuwait)

You will be mainly accountable for:

•Understanding and contributing to the overall business and people strategy.

•Taking accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.

•Determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.

•Ensuring effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.

•Facilitating the change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

•Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle

•Ensuring compliance with legislation, HR policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.

•Ensuring all employees understand the ABB safety and integrity standards and follow the same strictly.

•Partnering with respective managers in developing and implementing people strategies.
•Coaching, motivating, and developing talent building an effective, capable, and high-performing team.

•Providing leadership and guidance ensuring that the team (under scope) is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

•Representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor/MBA in Human resources
Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in HR Business partnering
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written)
