We are looking for am intern to join us ideally for 5-6 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e duration and full-time in your application.
The intern will join the Gulf Talent Acquisition team and work with various stakeholders such as hiring managers, candidates, and university partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
The intern will be involved in CampusRecruitment activities (eg. internship hiring, internship program, graduate program hiring) and Employer Branding projects (eg. recruitment marketing).
What will you do?
Support end-to-end process of the internship program, from selection to onboarding and program management.
Support selection process for the graduate recruitment program, including assessment centre.
Support the planning and execution of events and on-campus marketing initiatives/employer branding initiatives (i.e. presentations, pop up installations, career fairs, webinars etc.).
Maintain good working relationship with key university partners and organizations.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Education: Bachelor’s in Business / Marketing / Human Resources or equivalent
Interest in Talent Acquisition.
