Technicians – (Volvo Penta - Marine Engines)

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Volvo Penta marine engines.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements and fluid checks according to Volvo Penta guidelines.
3. Conduct inspections of marine engines and related components to identify potential problems and prevent future issues.
4. Repair or replace faulty parts and components, ensuring adherence to Volvo Penta specifications and quality standards.
5. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
6. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used and hours worked.
7. Communicate effectively with boat owners, customers etc. to provide updates on service status and recommendations for maintenance or repairs.
8. Job Description Volvo Penta Stay updated on the latest Volvo Penta technologies, service procedures and product improvements through training and professional development opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks.
10. Collaborate with other members of the service team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency in the workshop.
11. Coordinate with the works with Yamaha Marine workshop when required.
12. Maintain the working area neat and clean after each day’s work.
13. Perform other relevant duties as and when assigned by Management
