Embedded within our Marketing and Corporate Communications department, and working closely with our Loyalty team, this is a strategic role where you will be the driving force behind our brand's evolution. Quite simply, your mission is to lead the development and execution of the RX Loyalty Program brand and marketing.
Yours is the opportunity to manage the strategy, planning and day-to-day workflow for brand building, marketing and digital/social rollout supported by a portfolio of agencies.
You will be responsibility to ensure that the loyalty brand guidelines, positioning and personality is reflected appropriately across all customer touchpoints and throughout all projects from inflight, ground, digital marketing, digital platforms, social, ancillary products, loyalty, CRM, etc.
Importantly, you will be developing integrated brand campaigns including brand launch for loyalty program, whilst ensuring all key communication channels adopt and embrace our brand guidelines.
Innovative by design, you will matrix working between Brand and Marketing, and Loyalty to consistently deliver strategic creative, personalised and highly effective output that resonates.
About You:
Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum 7 years in brand and marketing with an airline, telecommunications, retail or hospitality background.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have worked in a client service role within a creative agency. Bonus points if you possess an in-depth understanding of the local KSA and GCC market profile and customer demographic.
