Job Summary:
The incumbent is primarily responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the recruitment function to facilitate the timely availability of required group Manpower.
Main Responsibilities:
A. Shareholder & Financial: - Assist the AVP - Recruitment and On boarding, in ensuring recruitment decisions take into account the costbenefit analysis while deciding between internal and external recruitment apart from other factors
-Assist the AVP - Recruitment and On boarding, in ensuring that the recruitment is done as per Manpower plan and approved budget.
- Implements KPI’s and best practices for Associate Recruitment affairs and On-Boarding role. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank.
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
B. Customer (Internal & External): - Assist the AVP - Recruitment and On boarding, to ensure that resources selected complete all the joining / onboarding process in timely manner.
- To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.
- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. - Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives.
- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - Updated and Maintain MRF in Recruitment Tracking System
- Receive and classify recruitment applications and related documents. - Prepare employment offers/ contracts for the Group’s new staff members as well as employment commencement notifications.
- Follow up on medical tests and obtain reference from Ministry of Interior for new employees.
- Execute and follow up on necessary actions required to facilitate travel and lodging of the Group’s new expatriate staff members.
- Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
- Identifying innovative and creative new ways to on-board new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable on-boarding experience.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Providing reporting and updates to AVP - Recruitment and On boarding on weekly basis. - Adhere to approved SLAs related to recruitment process
D. Learning & Knowledge: - Possess a good understanding of HR recruitment policies and procedures and recruitment techniques/ methods.
- Identify areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.
- Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities.
- Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field.
E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework
Responsibilities: -
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).
- Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)
