About the role

TS Manager will be responsible for analyzing and evaluate the cost structure of telecommunications services and operations to identify areas for improvement.

This includes oversites of telecom, cloud financials operations ( FinOps), SITA billing, vendor management, budgeting and forecasting.

This role requires a understanding of telecommunications services and to managing and delivering a comprehensive suite of telecommunication services such as land line, network connectivity, TETRA and mobile services to support the operational needs by ensuring seamless connectivity and robust communication infrastructure across QR.

Key Responsibilities

Manage telecommunication services, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust
communication infrastructure across residential, commercial, and organizational settings.

Oversaw monthly payment processing, contract updates, and budget adherence for telecom services

Efficiently manage monthly telecom billing process, including reconciliation and analysis for Ooredoo and SITA services.

Ensuring Compliance with service- level agreements (SLAs) while addressing credi limit and service interruption issues.

End-to-end management of PABX, Direct, and PRI lines ensuring uninterrupted voice communication.

Optimization of telephony infrastructure for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Coordination and management of Ooredoo MPLS, Business Fiber, and Ooredoo TV services for enterprise and residential operations.

Supervision of landline and fiber connectivity for mission-critical business functions, including QR facilities.

Comprehensive management of TETRA radio systems to ensure seamless and reliable communication across the organization.

Deployment and troubleshooting of wireless communication solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Overseeing SIM card tasks including Voice/Data/APN SIMs, Sim Takeover, and mobile email configuration.

Ensuring compliance with security policies and managing mobile communication solutions.
Working closely with technical teams to enhance insight application logic and improve telecom system performance.

Driving digital transformation initiatives to optimize telecom services and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

About You

Bachelor’s degree in finance/ engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in telecom & finance.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

Experience in budgeting, contact management
