About the role:

Technical Auditor is responsible to verify that the highest maintenance standards are applied to the aircraft, to ensure that an airworthy, reliable, safe product is provided and that technical staff work within the framework of the company Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and Technical Procedures Manual (TPM).

Key responsibilities:

Issue and extend of Airworthiness Review certificate.

Issue of Permit to fly and Functional c
heck flight.

Conduct biannual maintenance document review.

Carrying out surveillance inspections on aircraft maintenance activities in Doha.

Coordinate with QCAA for all QCAA audits.
Maintaining the data base for QCAA company approvals.

Coordinating with QCAA or other agencies for aircraft certificate renewals.

Carry out Maintenance Document Review Audit and issue the certificate for MDR.

Follow up with findings arising during MDR audit for satisfactory corrective action.

Prepare and maintain a data base for all Certifying / Non Certifying Staff authorisations and subcontracting personal authorisations with all the necessary required information.

Follow up of corrective actions for the findings made during the QCAA audits.

Management of validity for all mandatory Aircraft on-board documents and organisation approvals issued to Amiri Flight by the QCAA.

Carry out surveillance inspections during aircraft maintenance in Doha and spot checks on other maintenance related activities in Doha.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Apprenticeship in Technical Profession equivalent to Bachelor's Degree or holder of a Part 66 License.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years as Quality Assurance Engineer or LAE (B1/B2) or Systems Engineer or in a regulatory role with any CAA.
Qualified Aviation Auditor.

Three (3) years in a quality assurance and auditing role.

Experience as Airworthiness Review Staff.
Comprehensive aviation knowledge.
Familiarisation with EASA / ICAO regulations.

Skills:

Team orientation.

Communication skills.

Negotiation and organisation skills.

Power of self-assertion.

Knowledge in MS office.
