The Role:

The objective of this role is to To play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our large Account portfolio.

This position will be primarily responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and increasing revenue through targeted sales strategies.

Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for writing RFPs to secure large Account.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Identify and target government entities as potential clients for Ooredoo Kuwait's services.

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points.

Present tailored solutions that address clients' challenges and align with their objectives.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals with government accounts.

Identify, prospect, and cultivate new leads and opportunities within the B2B sector.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Develop strategic approaches to engage and win new business.

Utilize networking and relationship-building skills to expand the client base and increase market penetration.

Lead the RFP process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.

Draft proposals that highlight Ooredoo Kuwait's unique value proposition and competitive advantages

Manage negotiations and follow-up activities to secure contracts and agreements.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and government regulations to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.

Continuously optimize sales processes and approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, drive customer loyalty, and secure long-term business partnerships.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote Ooredoo Kuwait's products and services and identify new business opportunities.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies, tactics, and offerings

Qualifications:
Bachelor in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

Other Information:
At least 5 year related work experience in Kuwait.

Excellent presentation skills.

Well connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.

Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
