Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring and training needs.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
