Quality Management Expert
Job Location : Qatar
Main Responsibilities :
• QA Systems Development: Design and implement high-quality QA systems, manuals, and procedures that meet industry standards.
• Audit Planning and Execution: Plan and conduct both internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our QHSE management systems.
• Corrective Action Implementation: Track NCRs and implement corrective actions to address any issues identified during audits.
• Project Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure they understand and comply with QMS requirements and project standards, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Tender and Prequalification Preparation: Prepare QA-related deliverables during tendering and prequalification stages to showcase MSI's excellence.
• Documentation and Records Management: Develop and maintain centralized systems for project documentation and archiving to maintain efficiency and accessibility.
• Training Needs Identification: Identify training needs within the QA team and recommend suitable courses to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Representation and Communication: Represent the QA department in management meetings and client discussions, effectively communicating MSI's quality policies and practices.
• Budget Monitoring: Monitor QA-related budgets and resource usage for projects to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Requirements :
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with Lead Auditor Certification.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, including offshore experience.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, technical knowledge, communication, and proficiency in business software are essential.
