Receptionist
Job Location : Qatar
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation, drafting, and distribution of correspondence.
• Greeting clients and visitors.
• Assist for tenants enquiries and requests.
• Assist for the site viewing of the vacant apartments for potential clients.
• Maintains and tracks leases, lease schedules, vendor and property files, including leases, property surveys, in accordance with prescribed standards.
• Works with property staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
• May implement and coordinate work orders for a range of products.
• Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to vendors and contractors.
• Comply with bid and expense process guidelines.
• Assists preparations of monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) dues, invoices and related correspondence and scheduling necessary maintenance procedures.
• Works with accounts payable and accounts receivable for property lease obligations. Accounting tasks: Processing tenants payments, Compiling financial reports (if required), Creating invoices and billing tenants.
• Maintains a neat and fully supplied cleaning trolley of relevant stock (linen, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment) at all times (if required).
