Key Accountabilities:
Review all E-NOC requests within the RTA Portal and assign the same to the proper Department upon determining the scope of proposed works.
Receiving Manual Documents through the RTA Portal to avoid cancellation of requests and updating the NOC Registries.
Review drawings of proposed works by various Authorities/Consultants/Contractors and issue Objection or No Objection Certificates within the agreed SLA with the Roads and Transport Authority.
Prepare and provide drawings showing du’s existing, proposed, as-built infrastructure network to NOC Requestors to prevent damages to the same.
Ensure that R.O.W. corridors are properly allocated to E.I.T.C./du for du’s future use as necessary for network expansion.
Issue Completion Certificates/ Clearance Certificates as requested by outside parties after Site Verification/Inspection has been carried out by our Supervision/Operations Team.
Ensure that E.I.T.C./du network is properly protected whenever Road projects such as widening, asphalting, development is proposed.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for the Team and tracking of progress.
Qualifications, experience and skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Associate Degree with 10 years
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Infrastructure network implementation and project management.
Skills:
Good understanding and knowledge in Infrastructure for the construction of telecom network
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proficient in GIS
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Project coordination skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Customer service orientation skills
