We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. If you have a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting desktop software and hardware, we would love to have you on board. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of workspaces by providing support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other essential technology.

Responsibilities:

Install, update, and provide ongoing support for Windows, Mac, and other authorized desktop software and applications.

Manage the installation and maintenance of End User Workspace Hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both hardware and software.

Perform regular preventative maintenance on devices and software to ensure optimal performance.

Offer on-site support to customers and OEM SMEs for installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices within a networked environment.

Qualifications:

A degree or certification from a recognized council in IT or a related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience with a range of desktop and mobile devices, including operating system support (Windows, Mac).

Proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware issues such as laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
