Responsible for maintaining sales volume & achieve sales quota
- Identifies current & future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service & equipment technical & engineering information by answering questions and requests during the bidding phase.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales plan.
- Prepares cost estimate by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects and other professional and technical personnel.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
- Develops customers’ employees by providing technical information and training.
- Complies with state & local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.
- Coordinates with the technical office ensuring the prepared project implementation plan is in compliance with the sales deal.
- Follows up regularly updating all pipe line tracker with all prospect jobs; this is to support the sales activities.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Monitor the performance of Sales Engineers if required and assess their performance

Technical Skills:
-Candidate will be based in KSA and shall be from BMS / IT / ELV Sales background preferably with Sales experience in Construction sector - KSA market
- Experience in Construction, hospitality, and real estate industry is required
-Experienced with Electrical and Mechanical contractors and consultants in the region.
-Experienced and capable of Direct selling experience with contractor / end users
-Drive account management (Client, end users, Contractors, Consultants).
-Provide weekly / monthly report and pipeline management to achieve the business expectations
Education
B Sc. in Engineering with a specialization depending on the industry
