About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Guest Relations Executive role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Pick up the daily menus and insert them properly in their covers.

Inspect every menu and list to ensure their immaculate condition and appearance.

Developing a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is unavailable for the day.

Assign seating taking into account service standards.

Knowing the server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity.

Maintaining a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.

Ensuring each guest receives the highest quality of service.

Greeting each guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, a smile and good posture.

Handling guests without reservations or those waiting for others to join them.

Handling lost and found items.

To seat reservations promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Hotel School Degree or Diploma
A minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
Multi-Culture environment experience

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in 5-star international luxury environment
Presentable and with great communication skills
Middle East Experience
