• Identifying and setting strategic and short-term performance and growth goals for Nursery.
• Support managers within each nursery; establishing and maintaining staffing levels, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution
• Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions
• Motivates managers to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Oversee and manage all aspects of nursery operations to ensure high-quality childcare services.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Creating, implementing, assessing and improving business plans, strategies, processes and procedures for Nursery.
• Leading and motivating teams to increase performance and improve results
• Creating an enabling work environment and positive company culture
• Reporting performance of the business to the CEO and management.
