The Sales Supervisor will oversee a team of Sales Executives/Representatives to increase sales performance and meet agreed sales targets across their designated territory. The Sales Supervisor leads their team through coaching activities while mentoring them and motivating them to reach their best results by monitoring performance and analyzing sales data together with implementing strategic sales approaches. A successful applicant needs to demonstrate effective leadership abilities and solid sales performance with full knowledge of the Saudi Arabian food market dynamics.

Qualifications:
