Coordinate with vendors on system updates and requested changes
Obtain updates/changes and arrange for implementation.
Provide work schedule with timelines.
Software Development:
Obtain requirements from Business groups.
Analyze business requirements in the CR and coordinate with vendors for development and delivery
Test and evaluate patches received from vendors before submitting for UAT
Conduct Pretest with users - Demonstration to the users on new and upgraded software / patches received from vendors.

Support during UAT
Trouble-shoot systems
Ensure business unit has required systems support
