Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements through accounting data monitoring and analysis.
Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Handle tax calculations, filings, and coordinate with tax authorities as needed.
Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Qualifications:
ACCA accountant only (Other certifications will not be considered).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of local accounting laws and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in managing accounts for multinational operations is an advantage.
Additional Skills:
Fluency in English (C1/C2).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.
