Responsible for taking outlet reservations and matching walk-ins with table availability to maximise table utilisation without the risk of overbooking while meeting guest requests in the reservation process.
Also responsible for greeting and seating guests, providing outstanding guest service and bidding them farewell upon departure.
Because Hosts are a major point of contact for all guests, they must be knowledgeable about all aspects of outlet facilities, dishes and services as well as other Hotels facilities, services, policies and procedures.
