Job Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi ( Mandatory)
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and handle client concerns efficiently.
* Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
