Qualification :
• Diploma or High School degree.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Prepare relevant materials for all meetings attended by the managing director.
• Prepare and circulate memos and minutes of the meeting.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and give information to callers.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Handle all documents and contracts.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and the manager.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
