HR Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling.
• Handle new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide employee support.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
