QC Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute QC schedules to maintain quality standards across the production process.
• Ensure product quality from raw material inspection to final delivery, overseeing all stages of production.
• Manage shift-wise QC activities, supervising inspections and testing for compliance.
• Provide guidance to teams on QC procedures to meet company objectives and standards.
• Adjust QC staffing levels based on production needs and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance policies, including GMP and HACCP.
• Monitor product quality and conduct regular inspections to meet defined standards.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align quality with market demand.
• Recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
• Provide input into the annual QC budget and monitor performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in quality control and production management within the seafood or food production industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, production processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate activities, and meet production and quality objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant production and quality control software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field (preferred).
