HR Manager - Rewards & Performance Management
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Accountabilities:
• Fixed Compensation: · Design and manage the fixed compensation framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market standards. · Conduct annual reviews to ensure internal equity and fairness in salary adjustments.
• Pay Structure Design: · Develop and implement salary structures and pay bands across job levels and functions. · Ensure pay structures are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
• Pay Equity Analysis: · Conduct regular pay equity analyses to identify and address potential disparities based on role, performance, and demographic factors.
• Salary Benchmarking: · Perform market salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. · Collaborate with external consultants and data providers to gather and analyze salary data.
• Job Architecture Management: · Oversee job grading, competency frameworks, and role evaluations to ensure organizational alignment. · Collaborate on initiatives to support career development and workforce planning.
• Organization Design and Position Management: · Support position control and workforce alignment processes. · Collaborate with leadership to implement organizational design adjustments.
• Policy Development & Governance: · Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures related to rewards and compensation, ensuring consistency with organizational goals. · Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to HR teams and leaders on the application and interpretation of compensation policies.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: · Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR Specialist team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality execution of compensation initiatives. · Collaborate with other HR functions to integrate compensation strategies with broader talent management and organizational development plans.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead role handling compensation, incentive design, benefits, policies, strategic workforce planning, and performance management in a large, multi-business organization.
• Strong functional knowledge of fixed compensation frameworks and job evaluation processes.
• Expertise in salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with expertise in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
