Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Process payroll and manage employee attendance records.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews.
Support HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor laws.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
