Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
Help in preparing tender documents and analyzing subcontractor quotations.
Monitor and track project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads.
Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and progress payments.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather data for cost control.
Support the senior quantity surveyor in project cost management and contract administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
candidates with 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Familiarity with construction contracts and cost estimation processes.
Proficient in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
