Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction / Fit-Out Engineer Supervisor to join our team in a leading Engineering & Contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities across various projects, including villa and building construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.

Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions.

Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures.

Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage construction activities in the project area to ensure project progress and completion in accordance with the overall project plan.

Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure the project is compliant with budget, schedule, quality, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements.

Maintain excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Take full accountability for the project's work stream, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed costs and timelines.

Review and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance across the project.

Desired Skills & Experience
Required Expertise:

Mixed-use development experience including villas and buildings.

GCC experience is mandatory, with a proven track record in the region.

Professional qualifications (minimum degree level) in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong construction and project management background with a focus on villa and building projects.

Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to adapt them to the organization.

Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex construction issues.

Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and project cost management.

Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage teams, contractors, and consultants.

Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Valid QID and NOC required for candidates available in Doha.

Driving license is a must.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in managing villa and building construction projects specifically is highly desirable.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
