Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company and project requirements.
Monitor contract compliance and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Assist in the preparation of claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.
Coordinate with project, legal, and procurement teams to resolve contract-related issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date contract documentation and logs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related role.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC or other international contract standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
