Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to maximize bookings
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems
