Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the service counter
Accept, process, and track courier and cargo shipments
Provide information about services, pricing, and delivery times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Age Limit: Less than 35 years
Experience: Prior experience in Courier, Cargo, or Logistics is required
Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Good customer service and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with courier software is a plus
Presentable, polite, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
