Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads
Promote real estate listings and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of real estate telesales experience in the UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
