Looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide first-line support for end-users via email, phone, or in person.
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
– Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or similar systems.
– Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, network devices, and cloud platforms.
– Set up and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
– Assist in IT asset management, inventory, and procurement.
– Document technical issues and solutions, updating knowledge base articles.
– Support onboarding/offboarding processes with relevant IT setups.
– Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
– Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
– Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
