We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor fluent in Arabic to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness to maintain high standards.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, staff performance, and inventory levels.
🧩 Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Availability: Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID.
