Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates for construction and facilities management projects.
Conduct value engineering assessments and feasibility studies.
Prepare tender documents and assess bids from contractors.
Assist in the preparation of contract terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor market trends and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pre-contracts and cost management.
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and tendering processes.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
