Velero Hotel is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing with over 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and leading high-performance sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and revenue teams
Drive business from key market segments: corporate, leisure, MICE, and online channels
Build strong relationships with key partners, travel agents, and corporate clients
Oversee digital marketing, branding, public relations, and advertising efforts
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the hotel industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
