Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk staff and daily operations
Ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Train and mentor front office team members
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Monitor reservations and room availability
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
6-12 years of front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
